When will my order ship?

All orders placed Monday – Friday before 1PM will ship the same day.

Do you do custom labels?

We currently do not offer custom labels.

Is my payment information secure?

We currently use PayPal for all order checkouts. Your connection to PayPal is encrypted using TLS 1.2.

I am an installer with a business license in CA, do I need to pay tax?

We do accept wholesale orders. Please register an account and e-mail us with account name and tax id. We will flag your account as a whole-seller. (Please allow 1 business day.) You can then login with your account to place orders tax free.
